GWU Lambda Law
Lambda Law is an organization of law students interested in gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) legal issues, employment concerns, and the fostering of tolerance and awareness on campus. The organization provides a network for professional and social interaction between GLBT and ally students, faculty, and legal professionals, and for the education of the Law School community about issues facing GLBT individuals.

GWU Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual People in Medicine
Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual People in Medicine (LGBPM) meets to discuss issues of concern to health professional students in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences and the School of Public Health.

University Counseling Center
The GW University Counseling Center provides mental full-time, professional mental and emotional health resources to members of the GW community. Sessions are confidential, and UCC records will not be included in the academic records of students. More information about UCC's policies, hours, location, etc., is available on their website. University Police Department
The University Police Department protects and serves the University and surrounding area. Discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is prohibited under GW policy. Any discrimination can be reported to the UPD. UPD's on-campus emergency phone numbers are (202) 994-6111 (Foggy Bottom) and (202) 242-6111 (Mount Vernon).
