Allied in Pride and the LGBT Resource Center will be conducting safe zone training.

Safe zone training seeks to promote awareness of personal ideas, stereotypes, and assumptions related to LGBTIQ students and increase comfort level with concepts and language of sexuality, gender identity, and gender expression.

The purpose of Safe Zone training is to create a network of allies for LGBTQ students at GWU, and to make the University a safer and more supportive place for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.
